hi all what im wishing to do is..

on my emails that I reply to disco enquiry quotes,i would like either some kind of template that I just change the details on each time or some kind of banner that displays logos and pictures in the emails with the txt reply

any idea of the best way of doing this pls

Just setup a template, stationery, signature file or draft ..

As said can make templates on Microsoft outlook if you have it? Very simple to create and change a signature as such. You can add pictures&logos in etc and just save it so whenever you reply is already there!
