Just put in a four terminal fuse box ( each has a fuse ) to run pda/phone charger and other bits, i have wired direct to the aux battery, should i put an in line fuse if so what amp, And do i run the earth from each socket back to battery.

1) Yes, if you want.
2) Add up the values of the four fuses in the fusebox, use that as a value for the in-line fuse and the wire feeding the fusebox.
3) Not if the aux battery is earthed to the chassis.

RE 3 i meant do i run an earth from phone charger/ aux sockets back to battery, not terminals in the new fuse box.
Thanks

They are all just supplying standard 12v cigarette lighter sockets aren't they?

If so, they are usually fitted with a 10 amp fuse each. Although i think the sockets themselves are typically rated at about 16amp.

I think if it were me, i wouldn't bother with an inline fuse to fuse a fusebox, seems like overkill.

And just like oxides says, if the aux battery is grounded to the chassis also, then just ground them all to that. Do make sure your wires are rated to take the ampage though. That should be quite a bit higher rating than the fuses they are using.
