Disco 3 (LR3) Electrical tow socket not as expected?

So I now have my 06 tdv6 replacing my 300tdi. Come to check my trailer lights and the only thing that worked was the passenger side light? Worked perfectly on the 300 any ideas please?

Did you check if all the connector pins were all clean and not corroded?

check inside drivers side of the boot, behind the panel i beleive there are some fuses! have a look at that

Thanks Guys.
i have looked at the fuses and their fine I will have a look at the pins on the socket tomorrow. I read some where Land Rover have to program the car for towing. However I assume its already been used for towing before I got it?

I would have thought so yes, however it may have only been used for towing for the first year or so in it's early life and not been used since

My dad had to buy a box from the caravan company to make his D3 tdv6 compatible with the electrics in the caravan.
