Hi again after some more advice guys!

So I bought my RR and the air con fans were (badly) wired in to run constantly when the engine was started and not wired to the loom.

I wanted to sort this so wired it back to the loom. However this has completely drained my battery overnight!

I have noticed that the bottom left relay (for the fans) in the fuseboard looks very electrically burnt on the circuit board it pushes into.

Therefore for now I am after going back to how it was before using a live ignition feed to constantly power the fans- Where is the best place to wire one from under the bonnet?

Cheers for the help!

Yep, new fuse box needed. They were prob rewired because the fuse box burnt out in the first place; don't wire them up to run with engine. Fit new box and wire them up properly.

Ok will change the fuse box. Does any year/model fit or does it have to be exactly the same? Mine is a 1995 4.6 V8, I have found a 1997 4.6 V8 one will this fit straight on?

There were quite a few variations of fusebox for the p38 (9 I think). Many interchangeable. If you're buying new then give the vin No to the supplier. Island 4x4 about £150 for a new one. If a used one, then check with your currently fitted one. If you can afford I'd recommend new; dodgy unkown second hand ones will give you future problems.
