Hi again folks
Having a problem with the near side front window, will go down when engine running but wont go back up, however if the engine is turned off goes up and down as normal any ideas ???
Thanks Ian

Very often any odd behaviour from the electric windows can be ultimately traced to an intermittent break in the wiring to the motor inside the rubber tube between the door and the door pillar.

I had a problem where the window would wind up and down, but only when the door was closed. In the end the wiring broke completely so the window refused to work at all.
Splicing new wires into the circuit is easy enough, the hardest part is getting the new wires down the little tube grommet.

The bane of my life!
NSF window motors last a max of 6 months on mine!!
Its had 4 in total to date and currently not working again. As its rarely used I wouldnt even bother fixing it anymore except heading to France next month and hand for toll booths, so yet another motor in the garage waiting to go in!
