Electric window problems

Replaced regulator some weeks ago - everything fine.
Window now stopped working. Checked switch OK, doscinnected plug from motor, has power when down is pressed on switch, but no power there when up is pressed although motor does not turn at all.
Any ideas?

Remember the polarity change when going from up to down and vice versa. I would run a wire from earth and a live to the motor across all terminals to rule out wiring first.....mind your fingers , also having voltage does not mean the window motor will work, you need amps as well, a bad connection will give exactly that kind of scenario.
