Look Eathlings ya all make the same mistake , with sunroofs, any make of motor, in winter it gets frozen in summer it gets cooked, ya think yer can press the button or crank it and like magic it will always work. . .no wrong this is your planet thick heads, thrice a year get some magic silocone spray ,move it back und forth clean out the ****e [ in the runners] and spray the magic stuff, move it back and forth till smooth as a baby earthlings bum [job done] as fer the others with crunchy jammed up bits, pay the piper. . .

Yah may be the fookin emprer of sum fookin distant planit, but on this friggin planit, when a car is built we expect a bit more than this sort of ****e.

Funny how nay other car I know needs such baby-like attention...

Well its like the others say cable snapped on one side/or motor gear box ,this normaly goes if its being jammed, a real pain ta repair, but after stipping one down and fixing it, you like myself ,will operate it thrice a year and lube it up. . .:)

Had a Vectra once... they're supposed to be a piece of crap and built like a kid made them... it looked like it was built by Rolls Royce compared to the piece of junk on my drive at the moment.

Got the window regulator out, but am disappointed to say that the plastic cable guides are definitely not "fit for purpose".

Looks like a cheap, crappy Taiwanese toy.

Oh dear , bout time ta get rid sounds like yer gettin strested, a Bob session is wot ya need. . . .Bob help is needed where are ya. . . :) :) :)

Dinna worry fellas... got the ****a fixed witha load of araldite and a zip tie.

The freebie has one last chance... only one. One other thing that goes wrong and the fecka's in autotrader.

I pity anyone who owns one of these and isn't prepared to repair stuff themselves... must cost a fecking fortune!

A hit from the bong would do me good, I'm sure, but I packed all that in after Uni...

I can help!!!! had a few of these since the hot weather arrived, normally its the runners, the cables either break or come detatched, the buzzing noise is the motor slipping, they have plastic gears inside and they fall to bits, but sometimes its just the gear slipping on the cables.

do the runners first then try it, sometimes you can get away with not changing the motor, sometimes you have to

runners are a piece of cake to replace so do it yourself rather than let a dealer rip you off, did some yesterday and the bill was £280+VAT!!!! Thats without the motor

The runners are £80 a side, not sure on the motor but i'd say it'll be over £100
HI THERE IS IT A HARD JOB TO CHANGE THE RUNNERS IS THERE SOME INSTRUCTIONS ON HERE ANYWHERE ?
CHEERS MICK
