Electric seats

Hi all I have a 4.0 se that has manual seats in and have been offer a electric interior how do I know if I have a high line bcm or base one also what is involved in changing them over thanks

Open the fusebox cover at the base of the drivers seat. At this point, you should see lots of fuses (if this is the case, things are going great ). Now, the fuses are all surrounded by a black rectangular casing. Run your finger over the top of this casing to clear away any dust and dirt. You should see a label there, on this label you need to look for a nice big H.

you can buy the seat loom off ebay and it is straight forward plug and play. on the becm side you uplug the heated seat wiring and plug it in there and bolt the earth lead down and then the other bits go under the seat and plug in and away you go. (just done it on mine)
