What car are you trying to do it with?

Cheers
The OP's profile page lists a P38 as his current vehicle.
The process for using the EKA is given in the Owner's Manual, but if for whatever reason the EKA has been changed by a previous owner then you're going to have to find some way of defeating the immobiliser and then reading the installed code with a compatible code reader.
Why is the EKA needed? What's going wrong with the normal entry method? Has the EKA worked for you in the past?

EKA and "window not set" is all about after-effects of a flat battery I think.
If your EKA code isn't going in then your doorlock contacts may be shagged.
Do you get any confirmation of EKA code entry on the side flashers or on the dash?

I flattened the battery by leaving the radio on for a hole day and iv never needed the eka code before so i went to my land rover dealer and they gave me my eka code for the car I brought a new battery as my old one was reading faulty and iv tried the code now and I get get it to work
