EGR Removal

Just finishing the EGR job, kit came with two rubber vacuum pipe stop ends, but no instructions. I have seen a web article which shows both fitted to the EGR modulator www.discovery2.co.uk /workshop - EGR removal but it didn't seem right to leave the main vacuum pipe open afterwards so I have used the yellow vacuum pipe doubled back on itself to seal the modulator, and capped the T in the main vacuum pipe, have I missed something??

All sounds good to me, I did the job yesterday and knotted the vacuum pipe but can't find mention anywhere of the lead that plugged into the egr unit so I've just tucked it away and crossed fingers.

you need to seal these off correctly otherwise you could loose your brakes
