Why is the coppers always spend so much energy asking the public to make sure their stuff is secure and as difficult as possible to steal?
I can just imagine the conversation:
"Was your vehicle locked, alarmed and secure sir?"
"Well it doesn't seem your alarm and steering lock was avery effective deterrent does it sir?"
Why don't they put more effort into making sure thieves are caught and extremely sorry for doing it in the first place?
