I have downloaded the free sotware from RSW. There are no faults on my system but she still will not rise.

New airbags on the back - new Eas Pump......I do not believe I have any air leaks (cant tell now because aint no air in the system)

Will the EAS Software indicate if there is any faults with my Valve Block?

How powerfull is the air coming out of the pump? Yesterday I took off the blue pipe, started up and put my finger on the outlet. There was air coming out but not very powerfull eg a bit like a strong breeze on my finger but not strong enough to make indent on my skin. Is that about right or should I go back and say the new pump is not functioning correctly.

The air must be going somewhere, my pump still keeps going even after 20 mins running. I cannot hear any obvious leaks.

Am I looking at a new EAS driver and rebuilt Valve block??

The air output from the pump is fairly strong and should try to push your finger off the the pump outlet if you try to block the air from flowing out.There are reed valves in the pump head and if they are not sealing properly,you will have a weak outflow.

Hmmm.....The pressure did not push my finger back so I might now go back and get the pump exchanged... Thanks for that information

Yes, Done correctly - followed instructions to the letter. Everything went as it should apart from rising off the bump stops

bit of a ****er fer ya then after replacing all that lot... gd luck with the new pump... how much you paying for it?
