While failing to fix my Cruise control (just replaced all the vacuum hose elements).
I took it for a spin and got no joy out of Cruise.
Normally I run the car in M-Way height with EAS-Inhibit button pressed (saves wear & tear?).
While I was working on the car today and leaning over the wing(s) I could hear the occasional tick-tick from the valve block (doing height corrections - I assumed).
So while out testing cruise I switched EAS inhibit "OFF" and told it to go to "normal" height.
So the "M-Way" height light is solid and the "Normal" height is flashing....... forever.
EAS seems "stuck".
I put the nanocom on it and told it to go to normal, same result.
Told it to go to extended and the back went up, but the front didn't.
Told it to open rear right and the front dropped to the bump-stop and the back stayed up.
Told it to open all rears and neither dropped.
I keep getting "Speed Limited 35MPH" warning on the dash now.
No fault in the EAS fault logs.
Seeing as the system is active even when the car is parked (I think it keeps adjusting the levelling as required); is there a fuse to pull to cause a total reset of the system?
**update**
Pulled relay 20 and F29. No difference. walked to the back to open/close the tailgate doors and saw that the brake-lights were on. Doh! Common point between cruise and EAS = Brake switch. - Silly Billy.

Yep, the EAS is locked with the brakes on.

I feel such a ****! Was so obvious.
I still need to get the Cruise working. Which is why/how I broke the EAS; It did "once-upon-a-time" but went into "psycho-killer-death-driver" mode and kept jumping up & up in speed.
The stealer promised to fix it, but messed me about with delays and excuses I gave up. I don't really need it, but it is like a splinter in my mind. I wants it working.

It's nice to have the cruise working. It does however highlight those on the road who can't keep pace!!! The ones who overtake then slow down in front of you....
