No keen on going down the route of manual inflation valves as it is a Holland and Holland and I would like to keep her standard. Going to spend some proper time this weekend on her.

Will see what happens if I use nanocom to raise the RHS and see if I can see or hear any leaks from the pipes

Ok, will maybe take another look at the manual valves.

Going to change the compressor piston seal, as today it will not rise at all and still can't find a leak on bags or pipework

The issue is looking like the compressor. Although I have not yet rebuilt the compressor as I am awaiting the parts. I have pulled the compressor apart to clean it up and get it ready for the new seal to find the old seal is completely shot to the extent one side has worn away.

looks like there was more than one issue affecting my suspension.

Pump overhauled, new seals and cylinder so suspension raises from access to standard in less than 10 seconds.

Still feels a little lopsided, and this is confirmed by Nanocom with front right being -5 tot target and front left +5 to target.

I now also have an error code front left height sensor out of range (which I can't delete). So I assume I need a new sensor on the front left before I do any more trouble shooting.

Suspension goes up and down fine despite the error code

I assume I should avoid the cheap £30 ebay height sensors

Yes, replace the sensor. I found the cheap sensors worked OK as long as it didn't rain!
On reflection, check the sensor connector for corrosion and test the sensor with a DVM for smooth resistance change through the range of movement and if you have not done so already, check the white connectors at the bottom of the A post in the passenger side footwell.
