2002 4.0 New eas compressor / air bags / all leaks sorted within last 3 months.New shocks etc.
Running fine (running brilliantly actually) then battery died.
Friendly RAC guy pointed out wrong (to small) battery for car fitted.
Garage replaced battery with same as fitted,
Drove to shops, lowered car to load it. Access LED permanently on, Normal led flashing but rangie sits on bump stops.
Compressor is running.

No fault codes.
pulled fuse 29 - EAS fault 35mph comes up, refitted fuse, garage cleared fault codes, rangie still on bump stops.

Garage replaced battery with 800 ampere .
all faults cleared.
Rangie wont rise.
Anyone any ideas pls

I would check the EAS relays in the fuse box. Try Swopping them.

Try the free RSW solutions eas software, you need a lead, is excellent at checking system over.

Have you heard the pump run recently? Maybe the tank is empty? E. G. not filling. Try opening the drivers door and running the engine for 10mins, close door and see if she lifts.

Some ideas anyway.

No air. Simple no airy no worky.

I fitted a new compressor last year and soon after it stopped making air. Turned out the flywheel/piston conrod had come loose on the motor shaft. The grub screw had backed off.
Simple fix but if yours is under warranty dismantling may not be a good idea.
