Help please guys, my eas pump stopped working dropped on the motorway come up 35mph max speed. Fixed the pump put it back on the car, an still nothing if I bypass the rely it will come on but the car won’t lift. does it need reprogramming back in the car and do I need to clear the fault codes for it to work again..? There is no leaks in the airlines or bags, 1 fault was a valve is stuck shut, but would let me pump it up manually. Anyone have any information that will get my car back in the air..? Thanks.

Definitely need to clear the fault from a hard fault, won’t be lifting skyward till then
How do I get onto that.?

Pumps rarely fail unless there is a leak.
You need the RSW EAS diagnostic software and cable, runs on a Windows laptop or tablet.

There is a rumour that an LZ member makes up cables for said software usage. Any idea how much he charges with P&P Keith?

When you say fixed you mean you replaced the piston and seal? Thermal switch might be fried.

+1 on that I had same problem and as Grrrrr says thermal switch was fried
