EAS on PDA ?

hi all, trying to take a little look at this..
i found some EAS software for PDA..

but my old ones run Windows CE v3.1

it would appear the PDA software i found runs on Pocket PC..

any thoughts ? anyone got this to work ? and if so on what Handheld ?
my old steam powered laptop not won't run without being plugged into the mains, which is a Right pain !

You can find new batteries for your laptop cheap enough from China on EBay. Got a new battery for my old Inspiron a couple of years ago, it's proved better than the original.
