Hi guys, this is the story so far, started with the front end dropping about a inch then coming back up and compressor running alot, checked for leaks 1 airbag was leaking and so was the air tank, replaced all 4 air bags and air tank still going up and down a inch or so and compressor still running to much, garage coupled up with software and said front height sensors not right, replaced both and had the heights all set at the local dealers, still the same, resealed the compressor and valve block still dropping a inch then coming back up to ride height,it does not lose any height at night i have left it for a week no dropping,i dont know which avenue to go down now,its cost me a fortune up to press has anybody got any ideas?

Connectors corroded behind the kick panel in the side of the passenger footwell, EAS earth points on the wing in front of the EAS box, driver pack, just for starters.

Hi, I too have had my fair share of EAS issues in the past and had the same problem that you have. Make sure your front heights are as close to each other as possible, go round with a tape measure and double check the heights at all settings, you say that you have resealed the valve block, did you change the o rings on the NRV valves and were the valves reseated properly? did you put Vaseline on the NRV valve o rings? that's a big no no. I was recently having the up and down movements on the front and the comp over working so I rechecked my NRV valves, I had not cleaned that part of the valve block properly, so I cleaned it properly and swapped the valves around and now the front end dance has all but gone, just very little adjustment when stationary but that is normal and also the pump stays nice and cool.
hope this helps.

Thanks for your replys, away for a week,no vasaline was used, datatek if i got hold of a vavleblock of ebay Range Rover P38 EAS Air Suspension Reconditioned Valve Block & ECU 1994-2002 | eBay would it need sync to the vehicle, thanks for your time before hand
Plug & Play, careful what you buy, there is a lot of junk valve blocks on Ebay, there is a guy on here sells them, not sure of the name, could be kurtjohnson or similar.
Always work with the tailgate or a door open to freeze the suspension.
I can supply EAS diagnostics if you need them.
