I know my rears and front bags need replacing but not yet leaking as when its working its very good with rapid up and down.
My problem is I've had to reset a few times this month. My pump works great and pumps air very well. Fault says problem with air supply. I think its a valve problem, because of the following.
Car struggling to get from low to normal. I get out the car and unscreww the exhaust on the valve block. Ther pumps on and the air is bveing pumped OUT of the exhaust. I place my finger over the exhaust valve and feel its pressure out and try and seal it and release my finger. This stops the air coming out and the system then performs great as should.
So thre pump pressure now and again is being pumped out the exhaust. I can only think that my sealing the exhaust and releasing is sealing somewhere in the block and works ok. Aany ideas on whats happening here.
No problem with height sensors , bags , filters, so either dirt or something in the solenoids i think, but I would like someones advise on where they think it is before i go out and replace all the o rings etc in the eas block

Diaphragm has split replace it.

Ta wammers , can you get at this on the block without taking it apart, as i've yet to take off the solenoids of a block.

You will have to remove block. Take off end block where exhaust is and blue pipe from compressor goes in, you will see diaphragm and spring. Dead easy to change no need to remove any solenoids.

PS Look at www.rangerovers.net for instructions and pictures.

Had a look at the repair kits for this. Has anyone used those kits from the netherlands or has anyone in the uk got kits at a good price. £40 for 3 bits of rubber is a little steep in my eyes

I already looked at the netherlands job. I wish if your selling something and invested some time in it they'd take decent photos of exectly the item thats being shipped. Although I searched e bay I didnt come across the other one. Hey ho i needed the other parts anyway and will be with me tomorrow morning. I know I didnt need the bolts but its sods law i might need one , as I've had bolts go on me as the sun goes down. will get back to the forum after I've fitted it on how good the bits are, and of course if it works. Better do this job first before the bags.
