Thanks Wammers, will remove and have a crack at it.....I thought, as I had been sent a new head...that the blades would have been set!! How annoying!!
Look carefully at the O'ring under the exhaust reed. If it is an head from the Dunlop compressor made in China or that way, the O'ring is thicker than the standard one. Drop a standard O'ring in and it will not sit up enough to seal against the blade. Someone may have done that. They are Jap spec O'rings and cannot be got here or at least i can't find any. You need to either sit something under the O'ring to lift it .5 mm or sit it on some RTV silicone then put a bit of oil on the blade and fit it leave until silicone is set then remove blade and clean up any excess silicone then refit blade as "How to" If air is blowing out of inlet, inlet reed needs setting as per "How to" also. Exhaust reed sat square on in contact with O'ring is vital, as is inlet reed sat flush on head with no gap.
