Sport dynamic response fluid.

Hi iv got a slight leak from the rear dynamic response unit , as money is a bit tight at the moment, a landrover specialist told me to try a powered steering leak stop fluid as its the same as power sterring fluid , does anyone know if the powered steering fluid the same as the dynamic response fluid.

I would have thought that if a "Land Rover Specialist" doesn`t know. Who would ?

Yes the power steering fluid is the same , worth a try I suppose using a sealer

If the leaks are from the pipe o-rings then this are serviceable parts that can be replaced - cheaper to do.
However, if the leak is from the hydraulic seal, this is not a serviceable part and a new stabilizer bar will be required.

To replace it I believe Its a body "lift" at the rear rather than a full removal.

have been really sick , joints killing me and high temperature , am at the stage now that my joints are still hurting like hell but slowly getting there

Get lots of spice in your food. Turmeric and chilli are a good place to start. Also get some red tiger balm

If it's Covid-19 you have got, best not to take anything that might cause inflammation as that would aggravate it according to the doctors.
Sounds bloody horrible, so pleased we live in isolation in the middle of nowhere.

Turmeric isn't that bad. Or ginger. Can you do ginger beer? The tiger balm is great. The white one is cool, the red gives some heat

oh no, not ginger beer , yuck

gp is considering some steroid injections to help me as by Christ I don’t mind admitting have been laying on the bathroom floor a few times in tears with the pain , my back pain is through the roof
