Droning noise from the N/S front of 2012 L322

Hi I have a 2012 Rover Rover Westminster and I have noticed recently that I am getting a droning noise or a sound similar to tyre noise on a concrete road surface. I think the sound is coming from the front nearside. This noise only becomes apparent once the car has been stopped and started again, were I to start the car at the beginning of the day and go on a journey without stopping I hear no noise, if I stop for 10 minutes or more then get back in the car the noise will start. Also the noise only becomes apparent at 50-60mph plus. I have had many people look at it and no one seems to be able to answer the problem. Can anyone offer and help?

its not in the passenger seat is it?

Sticking brake .will drone when it heats up a bit ,see if theirs more brake dust on that side ......or heat when just stopped...
