Drone/hum on cornering

Sure i read a post about this a while back and i cant find it :confused:

When lightly cornering i get a low pitch drone from the disco 1...its only when taking left hand curves and above 40mph its quite severe...no issues on right hand curves :confused:

Not only that but its intermittent!!

Apart from only driving clockwise, anyone any ideas...bushes, bearing??
 
Bearings would be my first thought. Your diff might need an overhaul. But wheel bearings would be my guess and without seeing our hearing it myself. I would put my money on the front right hand wheel.

Only reason why I say diff too is that I had a droning hum on a Disco. The bearings went in the rear diff, garage gave it an overhaul and it was fine afterwards.

You should be able to pin point where the droning is coming from with all the windows open..
