You actually trust kwik fit?This would be a good thread on its own. And did your vehicle pass?
My local kwikfit are ok tbh, i would never ever trust them to do any work on my motor, but the old mot tester fella is fair, plus they do mot's for £25, sitting in the waiting office while the test is being done is an eye opener though, listening to them taking phonecalls, "Yes Madam, its £375 for us to do the brakes on your P reg Corsa" and 4 tyres are £290 but we are having a special offer £250 today" **** OFF !!
Yeah, ive passed a few mot's at kwik fit, i usually do a pre mot myself and whatever needs doing i do it before the test, whatever it fails on i fix it myself and take it back next day, they usually retest it for free and give me the ticket.
