nope, dont think they'd look any good on a freebie in my opinion but each to their own. Dunno where you'd fit them to blend in and look factory. She has quite disctintive curves!!!!

True, probably won't look that good, maybe I'll just mount some spots on the front

like this..................

Daytime running lights (DRL) have to extinguish when headlight are on. Driving lights and fog are different.

and fog lights are exactly that to be used in fog or snow where the visability is less than 100mtrs not when it is raining and running around posing and blinding any other driver

In an older topic re this I've already posted a picture of the daytime driving lights I mounted on my car. Some adjustments still to be figured out re the exact height adjustments but that will be done soon I hope.

What about newer shape transits where the DRL is part of the headlight?

You are allowed a certain amount of blue. I seem to remember having this arguement in halfrauds and they showed me the ice blue bulb(i think) which was fine

Also you cannot drive in clear conditions with fog lights on. I believe "working lights" are different hence why the truckers get away with it

So does this mean that the rules have changed since I was rallying a Cooper 'S' in my youth(ish) ?? Back then we used to wire the spots so that they only came on with main beam - the relay was switched by being linked to the main beam feed. So, no main beam, no spots

teddywood meant the day time running lights have to go off with headlights not spots. Spots come on with full beam.
