Drivers seat

Hi all

While driving home from a great day out in north Wales my drivers seat sunk.
When I got back to the caravan I noticed the sling underneath the seat had snapped in 2, fat bastard syndrome I think??


Anyway having looked on here to see if it can be repaired it appears my only choice is to replace the seat.


So have any of you guys got a grey seat or interior up for sale?


My disco is a 1996 300tdi and I'm in Manchester.

It's called a seat diaphram. They seam to always go. Least the old ones do. there is a vid on youtube if you can find it. try looking for Part 1 Exmoor Trim Discovery Seat Re-Trim Kit. It shows you step by step on how to fit it. Not easy but it is doable. I took mine out and put a load of bungee cord on it feels better than it did. Plus i'm sat a little higher now.

New and very much improvdd diaphragm from John Craddocks. £23.50 plus usual
Much more comfythan original
Bit fiddly to change took about. an hour tops
