Driver Seat Back Section

Hi,
The back section of the drivers seat has started to show rather a lot of movement.....you can actually hold it whilst its in the fixed/driving position and move it back/forward about an inch or so.....obviously the mechanism must wear over time...

Wondered if anybody knew if this is just a matter of retightening certain bolts etc...
