Drive Shaft Seal?

One of the seals on my front drive shaft is torn. Well I think it's called a drive shaft

What is this part called and is it easy to replace?

Got it thanks. I kept googling driveshaft seals and was getting nowhere. Do I just take off the shaft and slide it on?

yes but take care to mark both halves of shaft so that they can be refitted in the same alignment

Is this the tool needed to take the Bolt's out? Should I replace the bolt's?

replace bolts if damage not if not ,2 x 9/16 spanners would do the job

New bits ordered, Decided to go genuine as I've read that the cheap one's don't last very long.
