I've just changed the oil in my LT77 and R380 boxes.
How much metal would you expect to see on the magnetic drain plugs?
I had a coating about 2-3mm thick all over each of the pins.
edit. I should also say that the oil was very clean. These are secondhand 56,000 mile boxes.
