Good Afternoon All

Travelling back from Cornwall yesterday the 2016 D4 went into restricted performance and DPF blocked contact dealer message on dashboard
Just read the codes and one is active P2463 particulate filter restriction soot accumulation bank 1
Can anyone one advise further on root cause and action to take please
Appreciate any assistance in advance

Blocked dpf is the end result of something else failing.
All the inactive codes will have a part to play in this.

Ps D4 belongs in the discovery section.

I don't have a Landy with a DPF, but I'm very familiar with them from other cars...

So as lynall says above, it will be because of something else either failing or not happening. The typical issue you see is people driving around with the fuel light on, or only doing short trips which doesn't allow the car to do an active regen. Over time this will just block up the filter.

Another possibility is something like one of the pressure sensors failing, so again regen doesn't happen and it just blocks up. So ultimately unless you've been doing moon miles and its filled up with ash, there's something else causing it to block up.
