Downgrading Heated leather seats to cloth...

Hi!

I have my eye on an ES TD5 but the front leather seats are rather poor.

Is it possible (reasonably easy) to swap the seats from my GS into it yet retain the ES heated/electric pleasures?

Ie can I just swap the trim over - or do I need to take the manual mechanism too?

Changing the seats seems simply a matter of unbolting them and swapping them.
The forward/backward nature is a part of the frame on to which the seat is bolted.
The heaters would need to be taken from the old ones and put in the new ones.
All quite straight forward - albeit quite a few hours.

The only bit that would not transfer would be the arm rests - they're obviously leather like the seat but would also require a hole cut in the chair to fit - which would be an obvious modification should I have wanted to swap them back again!

I say 'wanted' as I have decided not to buy a replacement D2 at this time.
I want to fix up my old one - she's been in the family too long
