Dought a Disco 2 v8, not sure if I'm brave, stupid or both

Hi everyone, thought I would join up as I have browsed the site several times in the past for useful hints/tips.
I recently bought a Disco 2, 2003 V8 dual fuel, been having lots of fun with it, although my wallet is now showing some battle scars! She is fairly genuine throughout, not been modded in any way that I can see (apart from the LPG) First pic is when I picker her up, the 2nd is me breaking down on Saturday in Morrisons fuel station after refilling the LPG!

Looking forward to posting more stuff on her over the next few months, going to be doing some mods to her but nothing crazy, want to keep it as near to original looking as possible.

Yeah the LPG is working great, it was serviced just before I bought it. There were a few minor issues I knew from the previous owner which I have mostly corrected, the biggest pain was the XYZ switch on the gearbox, I replaced it with a refurb on Ebay and sent the other off to be refurbed and kept as a spare, but we didnt get it dialled in just right so the engine would cut out when switching from drive to reverse. Few tweaks later and all sorted, but then the engine wouldnt start after getting to temperature. I think it is the crankcase sensor, so waiting on replacement at the moment, probably fit it this weekend and see how we get on.
