Bot o cladding finished today, but its too hot besides mates appeared with beers n snags for the BBQ so tools down.

change of plan.... habitable rooms up top, selling up in 3-5yrs.

Finally wired in SWA to waterproof consumer unit, been running of stention lead to garge up till now.
Had to tug it through UG conduit to garg, for now its running off Garge supply, still need to fit the UG 3 way boat connector and join the SWA's

It has the highest water resistant rating of its class and is suitable for interior and exterior use.

I couldn't do this. I struggle placing wood in a firepit.

Spraying ROXIL on flooring today, using a weedsprayer.
Topside and underside x 2 coats looking forward to getting misted in the face....

2-posters are life changering.

The ups seems to balance out the downs.

1st floor wiring to csu, sockets & lighting.
Rough fix to complete flooring.
Sockets up are not fitted yet, just the wiring.
Lights up are fitted but are twinned to gnd floor for now, eventully will be switched from nr staircase.

Mate knocked over his large hot black coffee on to the floor yesterday FFS!

Mopped with tissue, you cant even tell where it was spilt, nice one Roxil!

So garage becomes living space then you sell it?

When i sell new owner can do what they want with the space up top...

New grates, new fire bricks, full clean out. stack joints re done and fire in, so all ready for winter, and its passed the visla inspection. Just got to clean up after roding the flue and making a total mess.
In the spring fitting the same one into the car port. (BFM Portway-1 multifuel HETAS Approved)

Astonishing what building control accept a car port.
