Thank you that sounds good, hopefully when i get door open and the door panel off and problem identified i can deal with that too with some help knowledge :D
Once you open up the door latch you will see two motors, the smaller of the two is the superlock motor.remove it and super glue the operating pawl so it can't engage .self evident once the latch is opened up.:(

Atleast you will never need to ask ‘why super lock shouldn’t be used’ ;)
Good luck getting the card off. There’s screws in/1 behind the interior handle, one behind tweeter panel will be awkward. Is normal to break a few plastic pins with door open so can only do your best. Once you are in there you’ll be fine

The plastic clips that hold the rods in place have been known to fail. If ot isn't quite lining up it could flex and spring back to lock or hold something open. Then again, the grease in the actuator unit has been known to go hard and cause issues too.

The door is now opening and closing as it should do and locking and unlocking ok, with hindsight i should of gone back to the last operation of the door i did, which was open from the inside then would not close and a lot of mucking about with fob key and door button it finally closed and locked not letting me open from inside or outside, well managed to pull door glass rubber back a bit and shine pencil beam torch down to see lock operated outside door handle no luck operated door button no luck either wound down drivers window and operated inside handle the lever had jammed open on he lock pull handle released wound cable back on itself moving the handle backwards and forwards it gave the impression it was working ok, got very long thin screwdriver one of my old carb tuning ones perfect between rubber and glass pushed inner door handle operating lever on door lock back pulled door button up Bingo im in ! :D door panel off, the lever was just sticking open not returning lubed it up with some duck oil worked it backwards and forwards till freed off and operating nicely gave the rest of the lock a good lube too, have left door panel off for now just to make sure all ok for a couple of days ( just to scared to put it back on really lol  ) but i do need to deal with the superlock not happy with that device but for now its working all ok and will wait till spring the better weather, if it will let me lol and have a good look at it, dont know if a service is kit available Thank you for all advice and help

Well done that man:D

Get a spare lock on eBay, and refurbish that. Then as soon as you have fine weather for a couple of house, change the locks over.

Alternatively, send the eBay latch to @martyuk & he can probably do the refurb including new microswitches if required.
