Door unlocking issues

can anyone help me please, I have a 99 discovery td5. When i unlock the car using the key fob the 2 front doors and rear tailgate are accessible but the 2 rear passenger doors wont open, im having to climb in and pull the inner handles twice to get them open, can someone help as its annoying the life out of me??
