Door sills and B/C post’s

Honestly it was so badly rusted that it’s difficult to tell, if it was homemade then it was done by someone who knows how to fabricate though. I certainly wouldn’t classify it as a crossmember though, it’s made out of 1.5 inch box section, I would guess it was more of a floor support. I’ll hunt around for some photos and see if anyone can supply me with any of what the underfloor of a DC should look like!

The seatbelt mounts were attached to the C post where the floors and the Post met, again they didn’t look standard and they were only angle section cut to length. Although they also used the same bolts as the ‘crossmember’ that I’m trying to identify used.

I have a 2003 Double Cab, the mid crossmember fits into the brackets circled in red, the blue ones are not used.

Dont know if this will help.

Apologies gents, I’ve been away with work so haven’t been on here or touched the landy in a few weeks!
You’re both absolute god sends, a considerable order has gone in with YRM and hopefully I should get it all sorted over the festive period!
I really appreciate the help, I’m slowly getting to grips with it all and even beginning to consider doing the bulkhead myself!!

the technical drawings will help immensely so thank you, are they from an owners manual or a specialist one? It looks to be a useful investment.
