Door sills and B/C post’s

I’ve owned my One Ten less that a month so please bear with me... I’m in the process of de-rusting and rebuilding and I’m struggling to get my head around parts, largely because what I’m removing is so badly rusted that it’s difficult to tell where one part ends and another begins!
Would anyone be so helpful as to tell me what parts I need? And possibly a steer towards where to get them?

it’s a 1988 Double cab 110 and i need to replace what I believe are;
  • B post
  • C post
  • Sills inner and outer
  • Outriggers (the ones under the rear seats)
  • And whatever brackets attach the sills to the outriggers(?i believe?).
  • Also pictures attached of a bar removed from beneath the rear seat floor that I can’t identify for the bloody life of me!!
Basically everything that surround the door is rusted and I’m struggling to work out what parts I need, I’m sure once I’ve got those main ones done I can work the remainder out,

i have purchased the Haynes restoration manual but it seems vary vague and simply refers to general items by generic names!! So I welcome any other suggestions.
 
That book will be very useful, get one.:cool:.
The b/c sill is called a side frame and is one piece from the factory although a quick Google search show that yrm sell the 3 bits individually but it's likely that the whole frame is rotted out. The C post goes first then the sill rail and finally the bottom of the b post. I got a pair of excellent used ones from a landy show years ago and had them galvanized. Mine is a station wagon but DC will be the same.

If by the outter sills you mean the alloy parts you see below the doors? Then they should be the same as the sw and can be got as a chequer plate replacement as an option. I've got them on my SW.
 
This rear seat floor thing....
Do you mean where the 2nd row passengers would put their feet when sitting down?.
I recall, but it was 18yrs ago, a long brace of somesorts under that floor plate on mine, also rotted out (1985 my) the floor plate itself also was tatty but I found a SW in a scrapyard by luck and had many parts off it and I do recall the rear floor off this later model didn't have that brace but the floor plate itself was braced instead.

And can highly recommend YRM in Durham. Have their new sills, footwells and floors on my 90. That’s excellent, exactly what I’m looking for! You’re correct, unfortunately the whole side frame has gone on both sides so I’ll be replacing with those galvanised ones.

That’s the one, I’m waiting on my parts manuals to turn up so I’m not familiar with part names at all so far!o_O I do like the chequer plate, I think I’ll likely go with that option. It currently has rock sliders fitted so I’m sure it will need a bit of fiddling around to remove and replace them.

The rear seat floor part is slightly more tricky, according to my chassis number, it didn’t actually leave the factory as a Double cab but instead as a utility body. The photo below shows where it was removed from (highlighted with the red line). It was the front upper corner of the seatbox(?) underneath the silver top hat supports and mounted to the brackets on the C post’s I front of the wheel arches. I do somewhat suspect that it isn’t original.

The part reference is very helpful, thank you! Unfortunately it still doesn’t list the individual part I’m looking for, which furthers my belief that it isn’t an original part.

The general consensus seems to be that they’re a very reliable brand, so I’ll be going with them.
 
On my SW I have a removable cross member in that area, brackets bolt to that and the vertical upstand has holes in it that bolts go through. These bolts hold the tubular seat frames in place.
The vertical upstand is what your heels would come up against if sitting in the 2nd row seats.
If it's been converted then it may well have been bodged.
I think I've a pic of that crossember somewhere but not fitted.

That pic is the underneath view, the topside is where the 4 brackets bolt to, they have those brackets too.
I don't know if the DC had that crossember but I highly suspect they did.

In that case it would sit behind the vertical upstand and in front of the wheel well box beneath the 2nd row. Unfortunately I’ve seen the one you’ve posted and it isn’t quite. The one I’ve removed is made of 1.5” box section, I think I’ll just accept that I’m going to have to brush up on my welding and fabricate it myself!
The entire of the 2nd row seating area had been bastardised over the year and had panels bodged in non standard seats and Fiat seatbelts. Not a massive problem but would of been nice to be able to get a galvanised version.
Either that or I’ll see if I can revert it to standard, which would certainly make future work a lot easier.

Make that two sets of brackets... slightly worrying! The two sets pictured and circled, both had nothing attached and judging by the amount of rust present they hadn’t for some time!!
 
Those brackets are, I think, on all 110 chassis, all 110 chassis's are the same of that era, LR just bolted different removable bits to accommodate different body types.
My chassis is a 2002 td5 and all my 1985 stuff fitted with minimal alterations.
Does your crossember look home made? Where do your rear seatbelt lower point fit? Standard on SW is a bracket under the rear wheel box on the slopey part.
 
The two in blue aren't used afaik.
The red are for that crossember but for the sw not van, van doesn't have that crossember.
I highly suspect the DC had that crossember but it's just a educated guess.
