My passenger door seal is falling off at the top. What's best adhesive to stick it on so it stays put & seals against rainwater ?

I believe they are mounted with double sided trim tape. But Evostick would do the job.

Used the double-sided tape on mine and it seems to have worked OK.

I used double-sided 3M tape, 2 years or so ago still working fine for me

I used evostick on my driver side. Worked a treat.
