Disco 1 Door panel repairs.

Hi everyone.
How do i repair door panel clips that has been torn out of the foam from removing and replacing all the time?
I have tried Sikaflex, no go. I can leave the glued panel for five days to cure, but once i try to replace the door panel it's loose or broken off again.
I don't want to buy second hand panels because of the same problem.
Any advice out there?

Just use a dab of expanding foam on the hole left by the 'fir tree, door card retaining pin, push the pin into the foam, when it's set it will retain the pin sufficiently to enable the door card to be refitted. I had to do that on one of my door cards after having to replace the window regulator.

other option is gorilla glue, it's a foaming PU based glue moisture activated, and you can use a little at a time so dont need to waste a whole tin of expanding foam for a cpl of small holes
