Door Mirror Replacement?

Hi All....the glass in my drivers side door mirror has fallen out and as a potential fix I was looking at buying the whole assembly.

So far I've found 2 versions as follows:

CRB501400PMA - euro powerfold version £180
CRB501380PMA - canada powerfold version £ 75

the price difference is weird....but would anyone know if the £75 version / part number would fit anyway?
