Door Lock Barrel Cam Disco 1 1994

Hi all. Can't operate driver's door. Stripped door trim off, took handle mechanism out and found that Cam attached to key barrel had snapped. Went to local motor spare shop. He got Land Rover microfiche and said, "you need a new RED CAM".
1. my broken cam is grey??
2. all my research (2 hours on internet and here) suggests I need either part no. RTC6685G (£74 !!!!!!!) or RTC6689 (£12).
Bit of a price difference.
I live in Manchester region.
Any suggestions of what I can do, or if anybody knows a good scrap yard that might be able to supply something?

This is now resolved. Somebody told me about a scrapyard in Bury. Went there, found a Disco, removed and and bought Front Door Lock for £10.

Was that scrappy down a side road where there's half a dozen yards all in the same place? I've not been up that way in years so I don't know if they are still there, used to have hours of fun in that place when I where a lad!
