why don't you just get disco door handles?
think of the mental gymnastics and grief you would save yourself, when asking about whether they would fit!
And of course there is the fact that they are the relevant spare suitable for your vehicle, bonus don't you think!?

As the whole jeep/disco thing seems to be getting on your nerves a bit and yes, you've taken a bit of a battering for it, getting so defensive so quickly won't help.
You've come on a forum for people who own and love Land Rovers, so it is perfect common sense that if you mention Jeep, we will mostly think you are talking about a totally different vehicle. It is also not a bad thing to want people on here to refer to their discos as discos, rangies as rangies etc etc.... If you don't, it gets confusing for all of us and then we end up with a thread like this. If the things said in this thread were being said face to face, it would be a funny bit of banter.....I'm sure you and your mates have taken the **** out of other mates plenty of times in a purely innocent bit of banter and that's all this is.
For some reason, when things are written down, they feel far more personal and negative.
This is a good forum....the folks on here have been perfectly nice to me despite a few very blonde moments and if I say something stupid like I did 30 minutes ago in another thread and get pulled up for it, I'll have a goggle at myself and move on.
This is a good forum for you to get advice on your disco so don't leave. Just call it a disco on here so we don't get confused and call it a jeep the rest of the time.
Also......in answer to your question and to echo the above post, you'd be better off calling round a few scrap yards and asking if they have a set. You can fit Range Rover handles, but it depends on the model of the donor and recipent vehicles as the mechanics have changed a little over time and you'll need to make adjustments. Probably much easier and cheaper to just pick some up from a scrap yard.
