I've seen the wooden ones but I don't have wood anywhere else. Noticed a few people replacing the hoses with silicone ones. Is this a matter of preference or is there any real benefits? I know they are harder wearing etc but cant justify the price just yet. I have replaced them on other cars but they have been like show cars with polished engine bays etc. I don't wanna look under the hood on my td4 lol.
