Series 2 Doing another trip to cornwall on Sunday

Yes i'm doing another trip to Penzance in Cornwall this Sunday, can't wait

Glad you are going on Sunday. They will have had time to clear the wreckage away by the time I come down on Monday!

The Martin Jennings memorial run is on sunday so expect to see masses of bikes in the area,
estimates are 1500+ but given the weather could be a lot,lot more on the a30 chivener to camborne 2pm ish,
Delays expected,
I'm going on it but if i wanted to avoid the run and the extensive a30 carland to chivener roadworks i would come off the a30 at fraddon,

Yes i got stuck in it last year on the A30 road works

I hear the population is huge there now.
Over run and the services can't cope. Lots of news about sewage overflowing everywhere...

Well at least the women sideburns are shorn this year for the autumn .

Regular traffic is being routed through goonhavern and zelah to the north and all high sided vehicles are being routed to the south through tresillian/ladock so the usual local knowledge routes to avoid the everyday a30 jams are out of the window til monday,
If i was planning on travelling I would just find somewhere to enjoy the day and leave as late as possible,
I'm out of county atm and have put off driving down til monday,

First i've eared of it

I'M back now after a 7 hr trip home due to driving rain and hold ups on the M5, i had a drive to the Lizard before i set off for home and when i set the satnav for home it kept me away from the bad bits of the A30 and sent me down the A39 and A390 to the A30 and it was quite a nice ride really
