Does the HDC selector switch illuminate when the car lights are switched on?

Hi, I've just replaced my old Freelander with a 2009 Freelander 2. I would like to know if the HDC selector switch next to the terrain response selector illuminates when the car lights are switched on. The HDC operates ok and the instrument cluster indicator works too so no problem with HDC operation. The switch for DSC illuminates and I thought maybe the HDC should illuminate too. Any advice will be great.

Don't know whether it should, but it doesn't in my 2008.

Pop over to freel2.com Someone on there should be able to help you out, I'm no where near mine otherwise I check myself.
