I have a Range Rover LM on an 04 and the dashboard computer keeps displaying 'Do not exceed 35mph'

Why does this keep appearing?? We have had the car looked over and there seems to be no issues with anything visable and are wondering if maybe the computer has just tripped out. If so is there a way of turning it off without paying for a diagnostic, as I thought that will be the way needed to turn it off.

Any help as to why this maybe appearing or how to turn it off will be great.

Thanks

Gareth

Sounds like a suspension height issue. Either you're trying to drive too quickly with the suspension set at 'off-road' height or the suspension ECU has lost the ride height setting. You haven't recently disconnected the battery for any reason, have you?

I'd agree with the above, that message is given when you are in raised suspension mode (or possibly hill decent too), make sure you haven't got the suspension locked. The light in the middle of the button with the up and down arrow should be off - then turn the button so that middle height is selected (normal).

If that doesn't work then sounds like you have a proper issue!
