So my 90 (2000 w) had the remap done before i bought it and as such i have a big full size intercooler in front of the rad.

first question.
Im wanting to fit a winch, but because i have this intercooler im not sure of the type of winch bumper i need? most places seem to do the with and without aircon bumpers but have also seen the ones that are just close fitting. does anyone else have the intercooler and a winch fitted? and which type of bumper did you use?

2nd question.
could i fit an intercooler half the size and higher up so i can get the winch in closer and underneath it? i mean does the intercooler need to be that big? it is the full size of the grill and rad!

Thanks

Matt

Thanks, I'll have a look for a smaller intercooler, is it going to cause issues with the remap though? It runs fine at the moment and I don't want to mess if I don't need to.

I suppose I could just get an aircon bumper and use that? Wanted to get it as close to the front for approach angle though!

It's pointless having an intercooler if half of it is blocked by a winch.

ok, i get your point. i can see its pointless having the thing if its covered up but im still unsure what i need to do regards fitting a winch.

Can i fit one? or not with the remap? and could i get a smaller one to fit further up above the winch or is it going to affect performance and temperature etc etc?

Excuse my lack of knowledge fellas. i know nothing about intercoolers!

Thanks again.
