Do facelift bumpers go straight onto pre-facelift...?

As per title really. Did a search and couldnt really find anything.

I only ask as I am planning to do the lights change in the future and noticed that I prefer the black nudge bar on the facelift model to the pre-facelift. But that requires a facelift bumper! So are they a swappable item or are the mountings different between the two...?

yes they fit!
i changed the lights in my old one to face lift but left the bumper as they fetch **** loads of money 2nd hand at the time, don't know how much now, it had a A bar on, i thought it looked ok with the old bumper on,
