Put four new Bridgestone tyres on my freelander 2 which is 3 years old,and the rear tyres are wearing down on the inside after 7000 miles can anybody tell me why

There are a few reasons why tyres wear unevenly. Wrong pressures and tracking are the usual ones. I don't have a freelander so this could be a common problem that someone in the freelander section can solve.
