Hi all....Help,problem with witter towbar fitted to early 98 disco-the strut/arm on 1 side touches the fuel tank when towing weight,witter recommended packing out bolts at hitch ends with washers-no help.Someone suggested moving fuel tank?Would another make of towbar get over my ill fitted tank?Any suggestions?Paul

tow bar should have been made not to interfere, one thing to think about is........has your fuel tank been put in out of place?, or another...........are you going over the load intended for the tow bar?, oh another one here.......had the tow bar took a knock offraoding and is not bent? or has it ever been arse ended? just firing some things in to think about.
